TEST PRINCIPLES
The SARS-COV-2 IgG/IgM Rapid DIAGNOSTIC TEST (Whole Blood/Serum/Plasma) is a immunochromatographic assay. If the sample contains an IgG/IgM antibody of SARS-CoV-2, the antibody will bind to the colloidal gold-la-beled SARS-CoV-2 antigen, and the immune complex will be captured by the monoclonal anti-human IgG antibody or monoclonal IgM antibody immobilized on the nitrocellulose membrane to form a purple/red G line or M line, showing that the sample is positive for IgG or IgM antibody.
